We are a couple that have used photography as a way to experience the adventures that the world has to offer together. We each enjoy photography as a way to see things together and to express ourselves individually. We came to this by different routes. I loved photography as a young boy, in high school and very seriously in college. After experience in artistic, nature and wedding photography, I drifted away from photography as a partner in a law firm and in management of a construction firm. Using simple digital cameras in my business and on vacation reminded me of the love I had for photography earlier in life. I rediscovered photography and have seriously pursed nature, travel and personal expression photography since 2002. Taking a chance I enrolled my wife Lail and I to a workshop in photography in Acadia National Park. She took to it immediately. Lail and I do a good deal or outdoor and travel photography. Lail is a natural with people photography which has led to portrait photography and wedding photography. I would call our style authentic portraits.
